Equipment principle
The exhaust gas demanding treatment in laboratory ventilation is pressed into air inlet of purification tower via glass fiber-reinforced plastic centrifugal blower, raise up vertically, happens neutralization with top-down absorbing liquid in spraying section reduces concentration further, enters into dewaterer, and lets out into atmosphere via plastic loop. After assaying, the purifying rate of sulfuric acid mist can reach *3%, purifying rate of nitric acid can reach *0%, and purifying rate of hydrochloric acid fog can reach *8%. The technical criteria of acid fog cleaning performance has reached domestically advanced level.
Equipment features
Glass fiber-reinforced plastic acidic dew point purification tower is featured as small resistance, economical energy consumption, low noise, high treatment efficiency, able to various gases including HCL, HF, NH3, H2SO4, CrO3, HCF, NaOH0, H2S, etc. with high purification efficiency, compact structure, limited coverage, good ageing resistance and light in weight. It is applicable to discharging corrosive acidic dew point gas of certain concentration, mainly used for places of chemical engineering, electronics, hospital, institute and research centre.
Structural form
Acidic dew point cleaning tower is cylinder structure, composed of three parts, i.e. liquid storage, inflow, spraying, dewatering and discharging, acid resistance pumps at outer side and connected to inlet and outlet, and plastic balls in spraying respectively. Acidic dew point cleaning tower is integral glass fiber-reinforced plastic: high pressure sprinkling in upper and lower sections to expand contact and raise treatment efficiency; filling material: echinothuroid type or diadematoid type, integral PP material: recirculation tank demanding overflow gap, overflow discharge pipe at level of *0 mm: inspection window: transparent acrylic plate in thickness of 8 mm: dynamic water filling device: ball-float self-control-level type
