　　Situated in Yuelai Exhibition & Convention City, the core of Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing, Chongqing International Expo Center is a modern and smart fairground integrating exhibitions, conventions, catering facilities, accommodation and events. With a total construction area of **0,**0 square meters, Chongqing International Expo Center is one of the top *0 largest venues across the world, the second largest domestically and the largest in West China.

　　Chongqing International Exposition Center is constructed in line with the standards for large international convention & exhibition center, with usable area of **0,**0 square meters for indoor exhibition venue. *6 exhibition halls are set in symmetry, 8 in the south and 8 in the north, with Multifunctional Hall, Convention Center and hotels as support. 　Raw space fee includes a show space of at least *6 sq. m, without any equipment. Expenses on any exhibition equipments, power utilization and booth construction shall be borne by exhibitors. Special decoration fee shall be additionally paid to Exhibition Center.

　· Standard booth: USD ***0/booth.
　　Standard booth fee includes a show space of 9 sq. m, 1 three-sided or two-sided panel (2.5m high), company sign, 2 spotlights, 1 negotiation table, 2 chairs, 1 **0V/5A power socket, public area cleaning and security service.
　　 Expenses on any other equipment and service shall be borne by exhibitors.

→ Exhibition Procedures:

　　1. The allocation of booths is based on the principle of first-come-first-served in terms of application and payment. Exhibitors can pre-select booths according to arrangement plan, and the Co-organizer / Sponsor are given the priority for selecting booths. In order to ensure the rationality of allocation and the overall arrangement, the Organizing Committee has the right to make adjustment to some booths that have been allocated when necessary.
　　2. After pre-selection, exhibitors shall fill in “Exhibition Application Form / Contract” with official seal and then send to the Organizer by fax or mail.
　　3. The Organizer shall review and confirm “Exhibition Application Form / Contract” with official seal after receival and shall return to exhibitors by fax or mail.
　　4. Participation fees (including booth fee, conference service fee or advertising expense) shall be remitted in full or *0% to the bank account designated by the Organizing Committee within 7 working days after application. The balance of the payment shall be settled before April *5, ***3
　　5. Exhibitors shall fax the copy of bank remittance to the Organizing Committee immediately after remitting for verification..
　　6. Exhibitors shall send company profile or product introduction (within ***-character/word) to be published free of charge in the Show Catalogue in the form of WORD to *@******************** *5, ***3. The content cannot be published if delayed.
　　7. If exhibitors want to advertise in Show Catalogue or on the site, please send the advertising information (designed electronic version, cdr or jpg form) to the Organizer by email before April *5, ***3..
　　8. Please refer to Exhibition Guidance for all services including exhibits’ transportation, customs and visa, exhibitors’ accommodation and main activities, equipment rental, special decoration and utilities for exhibition. Exhibition Guidance shall be faxed or mailed before one month of opening ceremony of Exhibition.
