Strong sound wave will bring forth implosive effect upon liquid which will be turned into gas and vapour in the micro space formed through the expansion and contraction of the wave. Ultra sound wave will generate positive pressure to molecules of liquid when it contracts and negative pressure when it expands. There exists cohesive force within the liquid and tissue. Cohesive force is very weak in fat cells of low density, so space will be caused by the low negative pressure of the strong sound wave, which is called cavitation in physics. The implosion of the micro space will increase the molecular movement, which at a high level will lead to the burst of the fat cells
