The FENIX is a home self-administered program of proven therapies (e.g. TP therapy, muscle knots, myofascial release spinal distraction).

The FENIX consists of a stable platform with *6 soft-rubber tipped interchangeable therapeutic digits of various sizes.

How the Fenix Works:

Pressure massage techniques applied to trigger points or muscle knots with the Fenix changes the consistency of the connective tissue in your muscles and tendons.
