We can produce all size of flat or bent CNC Cut plywood parts with holes or grooves. Our CNC machines will cut or drill exactly following your drawings. If the products need to assemble T-Nuts and other metal parts, we use machine to assemble T-Nuts instead of manual work.

Plywood parts:
(1) Size: as requied
(2) thickness:3.0mm**0mm
(3) Face/back: film faced/Birch/Okoume,Bingtangor,Meranti, and so on.
(4) Core: birch,poplar,combi,hardwood.
(5) Glue: MR./ Melamines/ WBP
(6) Moisture: To be *2% ±2

Glue: MR, WBP; Surface: black film, **0g /m2; MC: ***4%.
2, imported film
Thickness: 8 **0MM ; Glue: WBP; Surface: imported film, **0g /m2; Core: poplar, birch; MC: ***4%.
3, anti-slip film-faced plywood
Thickness: 8 **0MM ; Glue: WBP; Surface: imported film, **5g /m2; Core: poplar, birch; MC: ***4%.
