Structure: 

Door frame is formed integrally through mechanics, the airtight groove is designed for fireproof sealing strip embeded around, it features high performance in fire prevention, sound and thermal insulation. Door leaf is composed of steel panel and skeleton, reinforcing plate fixed all around; door panel is made integrally by molding, no welding spot, high quality and performance, smooth and straight appearance, beautiful and dignified entirety, easy operation, and durable use lifetime.

Inner filling: expanded perlite board or ceramatic fiber board

Hardware: reinforced hinge and bolt, with 3mm thickness fixing plate.

Lockset: regular fire lock or push bar, master key is available, handrail

Hardware: fire proof lock, door closer, panic bar, fire proof hinge, reinforced bolt. Door closer.

Fire-proof rubber seal strip around the door

Surface treatment: The door surface processed via acid cleaning and phosphatizing, anti-rust. Heat transfer printing on surface looks like natural, or powder coating on surface with RAL color.
