This fire tube 2TPH 1.*5MPa boiler is fully line with the requirements that in China, namely, safety and inspection standards for steam boilers****6
The type of this boiler is WNS**1.*-Y（Q）, which is an automatic horizontal internal combustion oil (gas) packaged boiler with tripart-backhaul. The first backhaul is in Wave furnace. The secondary backhaul is in spirally corrugated tubes. The third one is in light fire tubes. Equipped with fully automatically control device and security protection, this boiler could activate the Alarm that water level, emergency stop, steam pressure, auto-starting and adjusting in combustor.
The fuel of this boiler is oil or gas. Sprayed out from the combustor, the fuel could burn in furnace by plus pressure with starting-fire first. The high temperature flue gas came into the secondary backhaul, then went into the header of the flue gas in third one, at last discharged into the air.

This boiler has main parts of pressured boiler body, base, packaging and insulation, instrumentation, valves and accessories, front and rear flue header, electric control system components.Boiler under the overall structure of a furnace, fire tubes and furnace in the form of symmetrical arrangement, the drum by the Ф***4 × *0 of the cylinder and Ф***0 × *2 groups front and rear tube plate welded. As the third lower return flue gas temperature, fire tube used fluorescent tubes, compared with the spirally pipe, has little effect on heat transfer, it can greatly reduce the flow resistance.Front and rear the flue header with integral flue header, cigarette box-style event off on the flue header door, the form of overall good, beautiful, generous, easy internal inspection and cleaning.Stack height of 8 meters configured by the factory, the user should be approved by the local environmental protection department of the requirements of environmental impact report to determine the actual height, but not less than 8 meters.

Specification of Safety valve and auxiliary
This boiler adopts two fall lift safety valves namely A*8Y*2.5(DN*0).
This combustor is imported from abroad with neat and fully automatic from sweeping, starting fire, fire-shifting to emergency stop and cease-fire protection.
This feeding pump uses JGGC2.****0/*5 fully automatic pump.
In order to supervise and control water level and pressure, this boiler has water-level instrument and water-level alarm with pressure gage, electro connecting pressure gauge, and pressure controller.
