Fire-retardant paint RE-FLAME possesses the properties which allow the paint to increase in volume up to *0 times when being heated. During expanding, RE-FLAME forms a fire-proof foam with a low heat-conductivity coefficient, which prevents reaching the flame and the temperature of the metal surface. This way RE-FLAME restrains flame temperature up to *0 minutes. The given time is supposed to be enough for total evacuation before the building starts breaking down.
RE-FLAME fire-proof coating consists of nanostructurized particles (nanoplates) of aluminum oxide, which provide very long coating life, strength and resistance to air humidity.
