 1. Fireclay Refractory bricks characters:
The main chemical components: Al2O3 content is *0%**8%, SiO2 content is *0%**5%, and a small number of alkali metals, alkaline earth metal oxides, etc. Mineral composition is usually mullite, quartz and glass phase. Its refractoriness is ********0℃, refractoriness under load is ********0℃, line expansion coefficients is low, with good thermal shock resistance and strong ability to resist erosion acid slag.
2. Applications:
Widely used for lining of acid kiln, also used for blast furnace, hot blast furnace, glass kiln and high temperature kiln such as carbon baking kiln.
