2.The FJS-JY silent roller is in the process of production, and the radial round-out of the idler roller is controlled to be 0.1mm without jumping, and the dynamic balance grade reaches G*6 (ISO***0), and the noise generated by the vibration of the bracket is reduced by the advanced production and processing technology.
3.The bearing of the FJS-JY silent roller is a Z2 precision bearing. The bearing ball clearance is small, the noise is smaller, and the bearing life of the bearing is longer. In order to make the Z2 precision bearing applicable to the FJS-JY silent roller, the porous bearing sleeve designed at the bearing part meets the required deflection requirement.
