FKM series helical-hypoid gear units is a new-generation of product developed by our company, with a compromise of advanced technology both at home and abroad

7). The mounting dimension of FKM series are compatible with NMRV series worm gear unit (Parts of NMRV**0 dimensions are different from FKM**0)

3. Material

1). Housing: die-cast aluminum alloy (frame size: *0 to *0)

2). Gear wheel: *0CrMnTiH1, carbonize& quencher heat treatment make the hardness of gear’s surface up to *6~*2HRC, retain carburization layer’s thickness between 0.3 and 0.5mm after precise grinding.

4.. Surface painting

Aluminum alloy housing

1). Shot blasting and special antiseptic treatment on the aluminum alloy surface.

2). After phosphate, spray the paint RAL***2 in silver white.
