Floating house is a project that set up by Guangzhou Deli Yacht Marina Engineering Co., Ltd. and the Netherlands M3 architectural design company, the main business includes: floating houses,floating resort hotels, restaurants, bars, KTV box, private villas, office rooms, hotels, or other features of the water buildings and waterfront landscape planning, design and construction.Deli rely on Netherlands mature technology of floating house,combined with China's manufacturing capacity and low production cost, making our floating house posses both high quality and relatively low cost.

The floating house consist of two parts:

(1) Floating base part (concrete floating box,PE floating box, steel  structure box and so on) 

(2)House part(wooden house,steel structure + glass house,composite material house)
