Paint stop (Floor Filter) is made from the monofilament fiberglass progressively with high strength, high arresting rate, good paint stop effect, good compressing performance without deformation. The fiber is good for holding the painting dust. The paint stop filter media is green and white. The green side is the air windward with elasticity and low pressure loss. The paint stop is conformed to the DIN***2 Non-flammability Standard-F1 with high relative humidity up to **0%.

Applications:

Floor filter arrests the overspray paint from the paint spray systems in order to avoid the paint dots and painting surface damage. The external environment will be protected. Fiberglass mats filter the paint particles in the spray booth in order to reduce the exhaust emission. The floor filter (paint arrestor, paint stop) is generally used at the dry-type painting booths for automobile, furniture, machine parts or kitchen.
