Flotation Machine With ISO Certificate For mineral Separation

**-Introduction

The flotation separator, also called as flotation beneficiation, is a sorting method based on the

 different physical and chemical properties of the surface of mineral particles.

1. Complete flotation circuit with inhaling air and pulp, no auxiliaries are needed;

2. Large inhaling capacity and low energy consumption;

3. Reasonable circulation of pulp decreases coarse sand sedimentation;

4. Process is easy to be changed;

5. Automatic controlling device makes adjustment more convenient.

 The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces centrifugal effect with

 negative pressure. Enough air is inhaled into mixed pulp, and pulp mixes with

 drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on

 the surface of pulp to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting

 flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.

**-Application

 Flotation separator is applicable for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal, 

noble metal, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical

 industry, which is the main equipment in mineral dressing plant, for 

rough selecting, selecting, scavenging, reversing and other mineral dressing work, 

and the mechanical mix flotation machine is divided to XJ (A type), SF type, JJF type and so on.

**-Working principle 

When the mine is grinding or after grinding, add water and necessary medicine produces the mine

 slurry after mixing, feed into the chute that begin to mix, add air into mine slurry to produce lots of bladder .

The mine that not easily wet by water attaches the bladder and float to the surface of mine slurry together 

to produce the mineralized bladder floor. And the rest leaves in the mine slurry and discharges the mineralize 

bladder to reach the concentrating purpose.
