Foam extinguishing agent 3%FP (Fluoroprotein foam extinguishing agent model YEF*3) is a kind of new type by adding proper fluoro-carbon surfactant to protein fire-extinguishing foam with two years of shelf life. Featured by unique oil persuasion, good flowability and self-sealing ability, it can be mixed with dry powder extinguishing agent, with the same application as protein fire-extinguishing agent, but doubled efficiency. There are two mixture ratios to freshwater or seawater by volume: 3:*7 for 3%FP.
