• Machine takes cups into the hopper in six lines. When cups are seen by photocell system, the machine makes the filling of buttermilk in the desired weight. Aliminium foil is sealed, production and expiry date and similar information are printed onto the foil by coding machine and finally, packaged products are transferred to the output conveyor belt for collecting.
• In case that the cups are not given to the hoppers, the machine realizes that there are no cups in the hoppers and does not make the filling. In this way, the machine prevents the possible waste of cups, foils or the liquid product to be filled.
• In addition to the buttermilk, the filling, sealing and packaging of the fluid products such as turnip, fruit juice, milk, mineral water, vinegar, liquid detergent, paint, paint thinner, cologne, molasses, sesame oil and other similar types of products can be done.
• Filling machine design can be done according to different bowl sizes (*5, *5, **2, **8, **2, **8, **0, **0 mm.) in different bowl shapes such as rectangular, square or oval.
