We independent research a set of automatic grinding machine,which used for pasting mortar on eps moulding surface,motivated by double chain,run stable,high accuracy.It's consist with quality steels,which have high intensity, won't variant.We will test each machine before delivery to customers to ensure the pressure resistance and sealability to ensure the quality.For new exterior wall decorative materials,have high craft,convenient for operation,you can change the thickness of moulding surface.

1,The coating materials include dedicated mortar and anti-crack mortar
2,You need mixing mortar based on the proportion:1:5 for mortar,add water and mixing,time for mixing less than 5min,should mixing uniformity  and abundant
3,You need put mortar 5 min after finish making mortar.You should use mortat up in 1 hour,,if mixing too much in high temperature or dry weather,you can add more water to make it better.However,you can't add water to use it if mortar become dry and condence due to long time or water loss.
