Recommend to use Rotary Footwear Injection Machine, upper material canvas, neoprene (diving cloth fabric) can be direct adhesive without glue. Normally it takes *1 second to produce one shoe, 2 workers produce 2 workers pack the product, which can produce ***0 pairs 1 day (8 hours).
Reduce labor cost, material is **0% recyclable, environmental friendly material (no PVC contain).

Operational Advice

In order to save your time on the trial while testing this TPE compound, theres our recommendation for using TPE compound on injection machine.

Machine: recommend to use rotary footwear injection machine.
Upper material: canvas, neoprene (diving cloth fabric) can be direct adhesive without glue.

Change the Temperature control from 4 stages to 5 stages.
Length for the Barell Sprew (see right) will be better using as 1.4 meters.
Please pour the compound into the mixing machine and stir for *0 minutes with *5 degrees C. Wait till its *5 degrees C then use one auto loader tube each color at a time. We strongly suggest do not use the same tube with different colors.
Please be aware that only use stainless **4 as the material inside the mixing machine.
The injection temperature will be around **0 degrees C to **5 degrees C. Depending on the size of the product.

This material is able to inject into the mold which is used to produce PVC footwear, but it is recommend to enlarge the mold gate from original size, it is to ensure the material can fill into mold balance.
