Printing coating defoamer is a kind of compound product which made from ether, lipid, alcohol and some other substance by special technology. With the advantages of good dispersibility, strong self-emulsification, excellent compatibility and foams control performance, it can well remove all big and small foams of emulsion, thus, its very effective for water-soluble polymer and medium/ high viscosity systems. 

And this product is environmentally friendly, it will not cause fish-eyes, pinhole situation, and not any adverse side effect.

Product Applicaton:

This defoaming agent is used in printing paste( viscosity rubber cement), polymer emulsion polymerization, acrylic emulsion, low viscosity water-based printing paste, printing paste, low viscosity glue, big foams systems, etc. , 

Usage Method:

Usage: Direct add this defoamer into the foaming system. It also can be used together with other  additives after mixing evenly.  

Recommended dosage: 0.1~1% of total formula, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test. 

Package & Storage:

1. Packing: *0KG, **0KG, ***0KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required. 

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around *5℃.

3. The shelf life is about *2 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
