Alloy system of Sn-Ag-rare earth was composed of quaternary alloy, melt temperature range of **0 to **0 degree, and can produce wire materials of 1.0 to 3.0 diameters, itself strength is in **0Mpa to **0Mpa. And the wire diameter is changeable according to the different degree of hardness during processing.
Products performance
JH***4BXG soldering materials, chosen the way of heating with flame and high frequency sense light, has good spread ability on surface of stainless steel; and great caulking performance when overlapping joint of the thin wall of stainless steel. For the solder melting temperature is lower than **0 0C, far lower than the melt point of universal high silver solder, of which, melt point **0 0C or so. Therefore, there is no stainless steel-self soften phenomenon during brazing, and avoid of stress brazing produced and crack existed; enhanced gas proofness.
