Loose classic tomatoes; Fresh, juicy, tasty and medium sized. Fruits vary in diameter from about *5 to *8 millimetres. They are grown as the familiar round variety and as so-called intermediate varieties with a naturally irregular shape. The smaller sizes are also referred to as cocktail tomatoes.

Beef tomatoes; This is the largest type of tomato. The beef tomato has a diameter of around *8 to **2 millimetres. Beef tomatoes differ from standard loose tomatoes as they have four to six segments instead of two or three. This gives the beef tomato its firm, meaty flesh containing very few seeds.

Cherry tomatoes; a real treat! Appealing for their mini individual bite size and flavoursome through their succulent, juicy flesh. The high sugar content lends them an extra sweet flavour. Children just adore their sweet taste.

Vine tomatoes; Vine tomatoes ripen and are picked on the vine. This not only enhances their attractive appearance, but also gives the fruits a superb aroma and tasty, full-bodied flavour. Vine tomatoes vary in size from around *5 to *4 millimetres. The number of fruits per vine varies between 3 to 6 and sometimes more. The smaller the tomato, the more fruits per vine: the new vine cherry tomatoes even produce as many as *5 fruits. As well as the cherry vine tomato and the ordinary vine tomato, try the Tasty Tom, a small bright red fruit with a herby, full flavour. Vine tomatoes don't just come in red - yellow, orange and organic varieties are also available.
