Sinshi FRP mortar pipe apply traditional reciprocating filament process, which made by the new composite material, using resin as matrix、fiber glass and products as reinforcement、silica sand as filling material. Company adopts micro-computer to control the winding machine, combined glass fibre hoop winding and helical winding, can produce the pipe’s diameter within *0mm****0mm, winding tolerance less than 1mm, which is the leading technology in Chinese market.

1．Good corrosion resistance performance: strong corrosion resistance resin which have excellent mechanical and Processing Performance to bear the erosion of acids、 alkalis、 salts、raw seawater、corrosive soil、ground water and many chemical stuff.

2．Good performance in high and low temperature resistance: when temperature under *0°, FRP pipe still keeps good flexibility and high strength and can be used within temperature **0°**0°for long time, also can be used under temperature **0°with special formulated resin.

3.Abrasion resistant: The abrasion resistance performance of FRP mortar pipe is excellent. The test prove: put water loaded with amount of mud、sand、stone into the pipe and make the rotation abrasion effects comparison test. After **0 thousand times rotation, the abrasion degree is as following: steel pipe covered with tar and porcelain oil is 0.*3mm; steel pipe with surface-hardening treatment is 0.*8mm; FRP pipe is 0.*1mm, which proves that FRP pipe’s outstanding abrasion resistance.

For the same diameter pipe, FRP pipe’s weight is 1/2.5 compared with carbon steel pipe, 1/3.5 compared with cast iron pip, 1/8 compared with reinforced concrete pipe, so it’s easy for construction and transporting.

7. Fewer joints and efficient installment: Usual pipe’s length is ***2 meters(other special length is also available according to customer demands). Single pipe is long with few joints to accelerate installment speed and reduce the fault possibility then improve efficiency of quality of construction of whole pipe.

8. Good mechanical performance and insulation: FRP mortar pipe’s tensile strength is lower than steel and higher than cast iron pipe and concrete pipe when strength is 3 times than steel pipe, *0 times of cast iron pipe and *5 times of concrete pipe. Furthermore, it’s conductivity is 1% of steel pipe with excellent insulation and accustomed to electricity delivery、telecom crowded area and lighting protection areas.

9. Good hydraulic property and save energy: smooth surface is suitable to the characters of large diameter water delivery pipe, less fabrication coefficient and good hydraulic property. Larger diameter of the pipe, more advantages. On the contrary, for same pipe transferring flow, smaller diameter FRP pipe can be used to one-off on engineering. Compared with other pipes, FRP pipe will greatly reduce the pressure head loss, save pump’s power and energy.
