1. Description and application
TRB***0 is a type of multifunctional painting machine. We can choose wide range of materials to pump such as backing coat plaster, lime cement powder, gypsum cement powder, gypsum plaster, thin plaster, mineral powder and etc. It is applicable for many products such as repairing plaster, scratching plaster, gypsum plaster, sizing agent, glue, mortar, filler and etc.

Maintenance and repair
Before the machine is used, please pull out power plugs. Even though turn off the machine, some parts are still charged! The machine should be checked and maintained once per year by professional serviceman.
1. Scheduled Maintenance
Remove mortar residue regularly
Inject lubricating oil into rubber pad regularly
Lubricate hinge and socket pin regularly
Periodic clean air compressor and air filler
Periodic clean reducing valve filter mesh
Periodic clean water intake filter mesh
Check tube, hose and cable connection (user), make sure they are in good conditions.
2. Oil Change
Motor gears could work ***0 hours without maintenance. After that, gears have to be cleaned by suitable flushing oil. Then check the condition.
Dont inject too much lubricating oil into motor and gear box, otherwise could lead to overheating. Dont use and mix different types of lubricating oil. If operators dont inject lubricating oil by rules, operators should be responsible for any results.
When using and cleaning, please obey local laws.
We recommend lubricating oil below:
Pumping motor: Esso Liquid Grease S**0, about ***0mm
Stirring motor: Royal Dutch Shell Tivela Oil *2, about **0mm
