Full Steel Laboratory Benches are integrated by moulds.After
process of shearing,slotting,forming,polishing,coating epoxy
spray,they are safe.Supported by powerful pillars,they guarantee
bearing and Anti-Shock capability.
Features:
1.The work surface of Laboratory Benches, under benches and sinks
are using the material of s C-SPC /epoxy resin/
ceramic/ marble, which are resistant to corrosion, Acid or
alkali, and heat.
2.Cabinet Body: The base material is using the qualified
environment friendly MDF, and the surfaces are stick with
the Melamine decorative panels, and edges are banding with Moisture
proof processing by hot melt PVC.
3.Frames: Major frames are using the *0mm**0mm superior square
steel tubes. C-type steel frame (Wall
thickness: 1.5mm), instrument platform is Square type. Coated
with epoxy polyester paints and uniform electrostatic
dusting powders, the frames have the excellent performance of
corrosion resistance and substantiality. All the Corners of
the Cabinets are connected or weld by mould developed dedicated
plug-in. (Instruction Platform is removable, while worktops and
under-benches is irremovable)
4.Handles: Using aluminum alloy flush pulls
5.Hinges: High qualified DTC***0 degree, **0 hundred times
life-cycle guaranteed.
6.Guide rails: Use the superior *6 Inch DTC trinodal slides
7.Adjustable feet: Specially-made Stainless steel adjustable feet.
