This is a automated face mask making production line which includes two parts machines, the mask blank making machine and outer ear loop welding machine.

1. This machine can produce **5layer mask blank. Mask size can be adjustable. Adjust range Length ******0mm, width *****0mm. Thickness of mask can be adjust. Length of nose wire can be adjust. Can change to extra size after chance sealer. Can produce single nose wire blank and double nose wire blank.

2. conveyor belt to deliver the blank. Fast speed, tidy collect.

3. Easy operation, stable produce and high efficiency.

4. With touch screen to operation full machine, speed, output, alarm, stop all can be set on screen, easy to operation and to see the machine statue.

5. Machine made of aluminium shaft, no paint and weld, beauty and clean.

6. Good brand motor, magnetic wheel with break, low noisy.

7. Two ultrasonics in mask blank machine, each welding station has two ultrasonics to weld mask blank. 

8. Logo can be added by embossing design..
