G series pneumatic conveying sandblasting booth is a highly flexiblsystem that the operator can do sand blasting in indoor with a gun.It’s widely used in blasting of hulls,stoves,boilers,etc,as well as the parts automatic sandblasting processing hard to reach .
G series pneumatic conveying sandblasting booth,on the basis of the advanced technology at home and abroad,has the following advantages:
l It adopts cellular absorption sand floor.After the abrasive and dust fall down on the floor,the fan will suck them from the suction hole through sand suction tube with the help of bucket elevator.
l It has nofoundation,so that the cost can be reduced.
l It takes the floor size of 2.1m (L) × 1.2m (W) as one unit, so as to be assembled freely according to customers’s needs.
l Its standard designed,simple construction permits easy disassembly,re-assembly and repairment.
l It adopts pneumatic conveying instead of screw conveyor,so there is no other wear except the pipes.
It mainly consists of steel structure booth,conveyor system,blasting system, abrasive collection system,air and dust removal system, as well as electrical control system.
