Gas Desulphurization Pump for Power Station

Desulphurization pump is a kind of single stage, single suction horizontal centrifugal pump with hanging bracket. Pump casing adopts the structure of open behind. Pump is connected with motor or speed regulating mechanism by lengthened flexible coupling. It can be inspected easily without dismounting rotor parts and inlet/outlet pipeline.

Materials
Our company equipped a new wear-resistant & corrosion - resistant materials specially for the FGD device. Work department structure adopts a separable of double-layer structure(bearing layer and wear - resisting layer). Bearing layer(frame plate, cover plate and joint plate) adopts spheroidal grahite casting. Impeller, suction and cover plate liner is made of special abrasion & corrosion resistance material of A*9. Cover plate liner, back liner and frame plate liner material is nature rubber. And the natural rubber has good abrasion resistance, light weight and relatively low cost.

Features
1) The pump restricting parts adopt the advanced flow simulation technology to guarantee the reliable pump design and the high operating efficiency.
2) The anti-corrosion & anti-wear metal and rubber materials which are specifically developed for FGD pumps have been proved by the practice that, they can ensure the long-life pump operation. Through adjusting the bearing components to change the impeller position in the pump chamber all-time high-efficient operation of the pump can be achieved. The pump is characterized by the back knock-down structure which is simple and advanced.
3) It is easy to maintain and repair and it is on need dismantling inlet and outlet water pipes. The con-tainerized mechanical seal specially used for the desulphurization process is adopted and its operation is reliable.
