Industrial gas-oil-coal-electric steam and water boiler

Oil and gas boiler:

Oil and gas boiler means you can use two kind of fueloil and natural gas. In the past, there was no dual-fuel boiler, because dual fuel burner wasnt occurred. According to the high development of heat energy equipment in the world, some countries in Europe began to produce and sale dual fuel burner. The organic combination of dual fuel burner and boiler generator a new kind of boileroil and gas boiler. If one boiler has dual fuel burner, it can be called oil and gas boiler. Oil and gas boiler is a relative concept, according to the application of boiler, it can be divided into four category including drinking water boiler, hot water boiler, steam generator and thermal oil boiler. When you buy it, you can choose according to your requirements.

Oil and gas boiler is different from coal-fired boiler, it need to use burner to shoot fuel into boiler furnace and doesnt have grate. As oil and gas boiler doesnt produce ash and slag after burning, so it doesnt need to have grate. The oil and gas boiler shot into the furnace mingle with air in certain extent, it will explore likely. So oil and gas boiler have used automotive system of burn and control. It is a compact machine, small boiler body, ventilating device, water feeding machine, control and auxiliary equipment all connect into one distribution cabinet. Medium and large boiler also can assemble in my factory and deliver goods. According to the working performance, oil and gas boiler can be divided into four parts including drinking water boiler, hot water boiler, steam generator and thermal oil boiler. Hot water and steam can be regarded as thermal energy of consumption and life, in our daily life, we usually see drinking water boiler and hot water boiler. Steam generator always emerged in industry including petrifaction, textile, rubber, engine and so on,
 

Water tube boiler:

When boiler capacity is equal or greater than *0t/h, the indicators of water-tube boiler is better than fire-tube boiler obviously. The only question about burning oil and gas you need to notice is the micro positive pressure ventilation, so oil and gas boiler has high requirement to strength and seal of furnace wall. There are three kinds of water-tuber boiler including D style, A style and O style. Common characteristic of them are horizontal arrangement, horizontal installation of burner, convenient operation and maintenance, small size of height and width, large flexibility of length. All above features make it convenient to produce drum series. D boiler is a kind of vertical double drum type, right hand side(left) is water wall, another side is convection bank. According customer requirements, we can install super heater and economizer. O boiler is also a kind of vertical double drum type, the above one is long and the below is short compared with above one. The both side of water wall at the front of furnace bend to the other part and connect with bottom collecting box, burner has been installed at the front. A boiler is vertical single drum type. Furnace and convection bank organized by some tubes between above drum and both sides of collecting box at the bottom. Burner has been installed at the front and this kind of boiler can set up filter at the end.

Fire tube boiler:

Longitudinal axis of boiler shell is parallel to ground and the itself of fire-tube boiler combustor can be called horizontal internal combustion fire tube boiler. In the following text, i will call WNS instead of it.

Boiler furnace is the combustor of WNS. Burner nozzle is installed at the  front of boiler furnace, when the oil and gas is burned, high-temperature flue gas diffuse the end of boiler furnace and fold back to reversal chamber, and then coming into the second return(smoke tube). When high-temperature flue gas travel once, we name it as the return of boiler. When high-temperature flue gas travel twice, we call it as triple-pass boiler, the rest can be done in the same manner. In common situation, the times of retrace cant exceed four, the most common  we can see is triple-pass boiler. According space structure of gas retrace, triple-pass boiler can be divided two parts, such as dry-back boiler and all wet back boiler. Flue retrace space of dry-back boiler is circled by refractory brick. Flue retrace space of all wet back is composed by reversal chamber circled by water. The structure of dry-back boiler is simple but the refractory at the end of boiler furnace easily damage and back sheet is always scoured by high temperature flue gas directly, which result in larger temperature difference. From the above, dry-back boiler is going to eliminate. Though the structure of all wet back boiler is a little complicated, it avoid the sealing problem of gas folding back to reversal problem and is convenient to burn at micro-positive pressure.
