Durable computer controlsoft winder machine used for quality cone to conesoft package witheven density. The winding speed is controlled by computer, max: ***0m/ minuter. It has easy adjusting radial anti patterning system. The advanced yarn clearing and tension system with photoelectric yarndetecting can avoid knotting and twisting for yarn. Precise and sensitive speed testing system can ensure even winding length (weight). It is quite suitable for winding yarn of cotton, flax, silk, chemical fiber.

• Wearablemetal mandrel support.
• Easy opening center of cone holder is easy for collecting the finished package.
• Yarninlet/outlet has ceramic for protection to avoid effecting yarn quality by friction.
• The grooved drum has anti-dust, anti-twist system which can avoid dust accumulation and protect the operating bearing.
• The machine is double sided with *2spindles for each section. Many sections can be put together (max: 9 sections, **8spindles ).
• Rotating pin and counterweight yarn brake can control winding tension freely.
