Glass furnace use sintered zirconia corundum cross (AZS )refractory brick 1. Definition: It is the fire resistant products which is made of the industry alumina powder and well-selected zircon sand as the raw material, and the zirconia content range from *3%**5%. 2. Raw material: Industry alumina powder and well-selected zircon sand. 3. Product technology: Sintered technology. 4. Highlight: Comparing with the electric smelting zirconia corundum Bricks, it has below features: Even-textured, no shrinkage, so has fine erosion stability of the glass liquid resistance, even thermal expansion, and thermal shock resistance, and could not cause the glass products loss, result from the glass phase of the products was separated out. 5. Properties: (See attached table) 6. Application: Mainly used in the lining of glass furnace and induction furnace, and slide way of the heating furnace in the steel rolling plants. Specially it can used for constructing the pool bottom, hanging screen, breast wall, rangette, checker and flank parts of regenerator, and so on.
