Glass powder is the product of a very fine fraction even below *5 µm. It is created by placing glass cullet in the specially prepared crusher which converts cullet into powder. This material is used in almost every area of life, beginning from household chemicals (such as cream cleaners , polishing detergents and washing powders) and ending with the industrial production. Thanks to its properties it accelerate melting processes (cullets melting temperature is below ***0áµ’C).It is also a great raising agent and extender used in the production of ceramic materials (tiles, clinkers, drain pipes, ceramic tiles). It also reduces the water absorption of ready products. It gives high shine to glaze and in the production of varnish it reduces the amount of used solvent.
