  KrystelineKrysteline is a supplier of advanced glass processing technology and the inventors of the revolutionary glass Implosion system. The Imploder’s unique but simple operation efficiently transforms glass into sharp free particles in a single process. Due to the Imploders inherent reliability and low power consumption they have been supplied to a large number of customers around the world from remote Island communities to turn glass into sand and grit for construction; to pharmaceutical companies to process and dewater liquid from sealed glass containers; CRT recycling companies to transform comingled feedstock into sand and MRF operators install Imploders to remove glass from co-mingled feed stock. 
The GPK***-Sand ProductionThe standard GPK**0 Imploder uses a mechanical resonance transfer process to create sharp free glass. Its integrated vibratory feed tray delivers glass to the feed chamber at a controlled rate where the Implosion process targets the glass element of the feedstock reducing it to a predefined size. The drumhead magnet and taper slot screener remove any ferrous metals from the feedstock and any oversize material from the initial Implosion process it is then re-circulated via a mini cascade Imploder to further reduce the glass particle size. The GPK**0SP’s versatility allows the customer to define what product size they intend to produce.
