GLD series coal belt feeder is a new type of coal feeder which is specially designed for large, high-yield and efficient mine production system. It is designed based on the K-type Reciprocating feeder, to change from the reciprocating feed to be belt conveyer, thus will change the material movement from sliding friction to rolling friction. Then the coefficient of friction decreased a lot, so that the electricity power is also reduced significantly. The way of feeding is changed from intermittent feeding to continuous feeding, and the feeding quantity is also continuously variable. The feeding system becomes more efficiency, more energy-efficient and more environmental.
