Operation Instruction

For the ordinary knitted fabric and woven fabric, the perfect effect also can be achieved by direct printing of CG***1/**2.  

Overheating: CG***1/**2 is a product synthesized from self-cross-linking resin. After printing, the product shall be placed at the normal temperature for 3h and above to subject the resin to self-cross-inking reaction, and subsequently subjected to overheating to realize the optimum state. The temperature and time of overheating are **0ƒ×2min.

Note:

1. When use this produce to make color print, must to mix the sister productions CG-**1, CG-**2 together, cant be match freely.

2. If need to add the assist dose before printing, please test clearly to make sure the quantum. For example, the quantum of catalyze agent, cross-linking agent control in 0.5%*1.0%. The quantum of color fixing agent should be controlled in 1%*3%.

Reserve: The product shall be reserved in a normal temperature of 5 to *0ƒ.

Available time: 6 months (The product must be tested again if over the available time.)
