we don't work with Swiss procedure. We can ship the Metals And Stones to the buyer's appointed destination for TTM and TTM place will be appointed/decided by the buyer. But before then the buyer MUST do the followings; We don't accept LC. But we can accept Unconditional MT**0 SBLC or MT**0 POF or the buyer pays for the advance shipping cost of the to our appointed shipping company that will ship the Metal to the buyer's refinery and after the assay report the buyer will pay for the actual cost of the metal itself less the advance shipping cost he paid to our appointed shipping company that will ship the metal to them. Below are our acceptable procedures: On receipt of the signed document the Buyer / Buyers Mandate will immediately establish an Unconditional MT**0 SBLC/POF in favour of seller /sellers fiduciary agent (partner) bank details and send by swift to the sellers fiduciary agents (partner) bank and forward a copy of the MT**0 SBLC/POF bank instrument directly to the Seller as proof of funds (POF). Whereby Buyer is not ready to issue the Un Conditional MT**0 SBLC/POF in favour of sellers fiduciary agent (Partner) as per Sellers bank text, Buyer will pay for the advance shipping cost for the quantity the Buyer wants to buy into the bank account of the Sellers appointed shipping company.
