The first **0kg is a trial where only a POF is required. Only thereafter does a contract become binding, unless further trials are agreed. Once the contract is binding after the successful trial(s) then the buyer provides each time they want a delivery, a POF. In the background they provide some kind of payment guarantee only in the amount of the tranche size they are ordering. 

EG, for a **0kg delivery every two weeks with one trial delivery:
>Trial delivery ONLY a POF for **0kg
>First **0kg contractual delivery, A POF for **0kg AND a payment security, like a DLC for **0kg
>Second **0kg contractual delivery, ONLY a POF for **0kg (as the DLC is already in place for the same amount, it keeps just being there going forward)
>Third **0kg contractual delivery, ONLY a POF for **0kg
>Fourth **0kg contractual delivery, ONLY a POF for **0kg
>Fifth exactly as the Fourth...…..and so on and on until they reach their required amount.
