be welded on single saw, multi-saw blade,marble gang
saw,etc..
Our diamond segments are working very well specially for granite, the diamond saw segment dimension is available according to customer's requirements.

segments are Cobalt bond with grooved
structure, powder plate interlayer with *-layer or
multi-layerstructure segments.also
sandwich depends on customer's require.
As usual,our segment shape is M,K shape for *******0mm segmented saw blade,
rectangle block shape for ******0mm saw blade.
Both of the segments is cutting with
water.
About diamond segment welding:
Diamond segment use thehigh frequency Silver Welded machine instead of Fire to make the brazing,the welding time is only a few seconds, otherwise the diamond inside the segments will probably be damaged by the high temperature, then the cutting performance will be Reduced!
