Graviera is a Greek cheese, mainly produced on the island of Crete.
It is a hard yellow cheese mainly compromised of sheep and goat's
milk, and has a low salt content. It has a buttery texture with a
hard rind. Aesthetically, it has a distinct aroma and slightly
sweet flavor very unique to this type of cheese.
It is always aged for 5 months before being sent to the market.
