Green Silicon Carbide

1.Introduction:
Green silicon carbide is produced basically in the same way as black silicon carbide in a resistance type electric furnance with petroleum coke,quartz sand and other matetials.

• It's sharp cutting characteristics also make it useful for soft materials such as copper,brass,aluminium or magnesium.

• Supper micropowder from green silicon carbide can be used to make a kind of ceramic matetial
• Also used for wire sawing,semi comductor material
