We manufacture forged alloy steel balls with patented automatic rolling production line as per customer's requirements, overcoming the influence of human factors to make sure products match international standards. Referring to clients' requests of hardness, Huamin chooses appropriate raw material, strictly control the electric furnace and quenching temperature, ensuring forged alloy steel balls being none out-of-round, uniform hardness and low breakage rate, to improve the efficiency of ball mills and ensure the particle size out of mill.

The uniform of hardness is the key to keep steel balls none out-of-round, Huamin sets strictly time for each process from heating, rolling to tempering to make sure the hardness of each ball being almost the same. forged alloy steel balls are benefit to mill liners for the high mechanical behaviour.

Huamin equipped with 7m drop test machine, forged alloy steel ball samples from every shift should be in perfect condition after ****0 times dropping tests, then the products could be delivered to customers.
