GTM Medium Speed Trapezium Mill
The operation principle of main unit of GTM Medium Speed Trapezium
mill is that main unit runs with the central shaft that is driven
by a gear box. The top of the shaft is connected with a quincunx
stand on which a grinding roller is installed to form a swing
support. The grinding roller not only rotates around the central
axle and grinding ring but also rotates around its own axle due to
the friction. There is a pallet knife system at bottem of quincunx
stand. The pallet knife system is under the grinding roller. With
co-rotation of pallet knife and grinding roller, pallet knife will
lift the materials into the space between roller and ring to to
form a material layer. The materials will be grinded due to the
centrifugal force of roller and thus finally achieve the aim of
making powder.
StructureThe standard configuration of GTM Medium Speed Trapezium
mill includes main frame, classifier, decelarator, duct fan, bag
duct collector, pipe connection, cyclone power collection device,
motor and so on. The optional corollary equipments are jaw crusher,
elevator, feeder electrical cabinet, etc. Features and benefites 1.
Choose the super pressurization spring and resilient connection
which has a damping effect. On this condition, the overall force
point is improved by about *5% compared with other products. The
resilient connection can reduce the vibration and noise, and avoid
resonance so as to improve production efficiency.
2. Adopt the new wear-resistant materials to improve crushing
efficiency, and extend the using life of the roller and the ring.
The roller and ring are designed in inverted trapezium, which
reduce the material's slip velocity between rollers and ring,
extend grinding time, and enhance crushing efficiency and
fineness.
3. Use the high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal induced
draft fan. The efficiency of prismatic blade equipped on the
traditional machine is only *2%, but the efficiency of the energy
saving induced draft fan whose impeller and blade are both stamping
is *0%. This increased the separating effect to a large extent.
4. Increased the density of the classifier’s blades so that the
production has been greatly increased compared with other machines
with the same rotating speed and motor.
5. With good sealing performace, tha machine reduced the noise and
vibration, enhanced the fineness of the products, and improved the
working efficiency.
6. There is convenient impeller adjusting device. The clearance
between housing and end of powder concentrator's blade also effects
fineness. This patent technology is convenient to adjust the
