Operating principle

Hammer crusher mainly replies on impact function to crush materials, crushing process is roughly as following, material enters into crusher, suffered impact of high-speed rotary hammer and broke, broken materials get kinetic energy from the hammer, high-speed rushed to the stop plate and screen inside the frame, meanwhile materials impact mutually and are repeatedly broken. Materials smaller than the gap is expulsed from the gap, some individual larger materials re-impact, grinding, extrusion to broken by the hammer in the screen, materials were extruded by the hammer from the gap, thus obtain the required size of products.
