 This shake is a healthy, vegetable, protein, vitamin, mineral, supper green food *1 grams of Vegtable pea and brown rice protein. This shake has no gmo no wheat no dairy no sugar less than 1 gram sugar. omega oils alfalfa and other supper greans herbs make this shake a supper green food. This shake is mainly swettened with stevia witch levels helps level blood sugars. This shake is a great meal replacement and ups your energy mainly because it has nutrient ritch foods and helps with weight loss if needed and overall health. Just add two watter bottles and *0 ice cubes and blend in any blender for *0 seconds. Makes a great fast meal for fast energy and optimal health. This can fill two blender bottle cups for one meal. To lose weight take two shakes a day and one solid food meal with chicken or beef or fish or eggs or nuts or cottage cheese or yogurt with raw vegtables or fruits. protien should be fist size veg should be two cups or more of green raw vegtables and one tow two fruits a day. If you use bottle water i recomend useing fugi water is the only bottle water that I have found that is alkaline and non acidic   

For maintainace of weight eat one shake dayly and two solid meals.

If you do not want to not loose weight or gain weight add milk and breads rice and startchey vegtables like potatos yams yellow veg and dring one shake with each meal. Shake will help you get some great nutrience and vitamins and fiber and omega oils and a great yummy drink with your meal.

Make sure your eating at least one solid food every day because you need to chew and have some solid food in your intestines to abtain healthy intestines so your body continues to have good intestine flora.
