Raymond Mill(Raymond Grinder)is suitable for producing minerals powder, which is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemical, and mining industry. Raymond Mill(Raymond Grinder) can be used to grinding the material that Moh's hardness degree is below 7 , and humidity is in 6% non-flammable explosive minerals' processing. The final product size is adjustable as required in the range of ******5 meshes ( 0.**5mm *0.**4mm). Raymond Mill(Raymond Grinder) is made up of the Mainframe, Separator, Pipeline System, Air Blower, Jaw Crusher, Hopper Elevator, Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder, and Electric Control Motor and so on (for details see underlying graph of installation). Working principle After large blocks of material are crushed to the feed size in Raymond mill，they are lifted to storage silo by bucket hoister , and then are conveyed to chamber of mainframe by electromagnetic vibrating feeder uniformly, and ground between the ring and roller. The airflow of blower brings the ground powder to classifier to separate; the required fineness powders are blown into the cyclonic collector with airflow for separation & collection, then becomes to be the finished product after discharged. In the working process, the blade system located at the bottom of roller has played a very important role. In the process of blades rotating with roller together, the blades shovel the materials and throw them into the chamber between roller and ring, which form the material bed. The material bed generates the extrusion force and grinds the materials into pieces by the effect of grinding roller so as to achieve the purpose of powder making.
