1. This heat exchanger/Thermal Oil Radiator is made of diameter*8*2.***8mm GB/***3 seamless carbon steel with aluminium rolled fins;

3. Connection: Diameter*8*3.0;
4. Ourter frame: Carbon steel material with high temperature resistance black paint sprayed;
5. Tube plate thickness: 6.0mm; Side plate thickness: 3.0mm; Cover plate thicknee: 2.0mm.

(Model GLIIis used for air heating or cooling in the industries of textile printing, chemical fiber, latex, foodstuff, chemical, metallurgy paint coating, pharmacy, plastic leather, machinery & timber etc...)

Comprehensive Description:

Radiator/Heat Exchanger Model GLII is developed and improved on the basis of model GL. Can replace model GL & Model I and radiators made of copper and has the highest heat transfer coefficient, so to abtain the same heat production, model GLII has the advantage of lighter weight, smaller volume and less metal consumption over model I. It can also replace model UII and model B which is made of copper.

Finned tube:
Base tube material: Stainless steel/carbon stee(galvanized);
Fin material: Stainless steel/carbon steel(galvanized)/aluminium;

Ourter frame material: Stainless steel/carbon stee(galvanized).

Row number can be 2 rows, 4 rows, 6 rows, 8 rows or even more. Heat medium's working pressure is under 2.0Mpa, and working temperature is under **0degrees.
