SLIP IN / INSERT TYPE (Standard): Slip Type Duct Heaters - are designed to meet most residential and light commercial requirements for use in forced air duct systems. Slip in type heaters are constructed to slide entire frame, excluding the terminal box, into an opening in one side of a duct without removing or disturbing the duct section. FLANGED TYPE NON-REMOVABLE HEATER SECTION: Flanged Type Duct Heaters - are constructed with flanged on the heater frame. They become a section of the duct when installed. The inside dimensions of the frame match the inside dimensions of the duct. Flanged mount provides maximum duct rigidity. Standard 1" flange matches standard duct flanges. Deeper Flange depth available where required. FLANGED REMOVABLE HEATER SECTION: These heaters are consists slip in type heater fixed in a flanged duct section the slip in portion sides out without removing flanges from duct. When built controls are specified in a flanged heater they are mounted in the terminal box of the slip in portion the frame conatining teh elements styles same. the flange duct section increased in depth to a accommodate the larger terminal box. CIRCULAR HEATER: Circular heater are designed for insertion into round duct work, basic slip in type with special adaptor plate to fit specified duct diameter.
