TXs heavy gauge cut-to-length lines are capable to process the heavy gauge coils with width up to ***0mm and thickness up to *5mm.



TXs CLT cutting line for heavy gauge material is composed of the components below:



1)Double cone uncoilers with stepped mandrels



2)Coil unwinding system



3)Pinch roll & straightener / flattener



4)Slitter head or edge trimmer for trimmer



5)One or dual levellers



6)Flying shear / start-stop cut shear



7)Bomb door stacker



8)Scale brushing and extracting unit(optional for hot rolled material like steel, stainless steel, aluminium)
