The patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. Pattern shape and height (depth) may be different because of different conveyed material and gradient of conveyor. The common kinds of profiled conveyor belt are as follows:

Herring-bone patterned conveyor belt     There is herring-bone pattern higher than belt on the surface of belt. The profile may be either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types such as high, medium and low. It can convey powdered, granulated and small lump materials at the gradient of no more than *0 degree. It also convey packaging material. 

Strip patterned conveyor belt    There is cross strip pattern higher than belt on the surface of belt. The pattern is divided into three types such as high, medium and low. Each kind of pattern includes two types such as sparse and dense-type according to the arrangement of intervals It can convey package material at the gradient of no more than *0 degree or on the horizon. It can replace herring-bone patterned conveyor belt. 

Fan-shaped patterned conveyor belt    There is half-fan-shaped (or quarter of round) pattern on the surface of belt. When the belt is grooved, the patterns joint together into fan-shaped (of half round) which belongs to high-pattern type It's suitable for conveying powder, granular and lump material at the big gradient of no more than *0 degree.
