HFG**5is designed for
welding of laminate tubes, made of ABL (aluminium barrier layer)
and PBL (plastic barrier layer) web.
The
tubes welding is performed under direct induction heating, when
using ABL and indirect, when using PBL.
The
generator is supplied with two types of
inductors:
*-
linear
inductor with effective length less than **0mm,
used for longitudinal welding (1) of tubes or for tube filling
machines (3).
Up to 3 tubes can be welded cross cut at one and the same time in
the tube filling machines.
*- inductor for front
welding of a tubes shoulder
(2) with
maximum tube diameter *0mm. There are modifications for round and
elipse shoulder of the tube.
The
generators are applicable for induction heating in other areas,
too, but for each separate purpose, there have to be designed
suitable equipment and devices for coordination, depending on the
requirements and the type of the parts, that have to be
heated.
