Product introduction:

Zhonglan QJ submersible pump is a water-lifting machine with motor and pump directly connected to work under water,it is suitable for extracting underground water from deep wells,and also used for carrying waters from rivers,reservoirs and canals. It is mainly used for farmland irrigation and people and livestock in plateau mountainous areas, and also used for water supply and drainage  of cities,factories,railways,mines,and construction sites.

Product characteristics:

1.Motor and pump are integrated ,immersed to work safely and reliable under water.

2.There is no special requirement for well pipe and lift pipe(that is:steel pipe well,gray pipe well and earth well can be used, under the pressure permission,steel pipe,rubber pipe,plastic pipe can be used as lift pipe)

Use conditions:

1.The inlet of the pump must be less than 1m below the dynamic water level,but the submerged depth should not exceed *0m below the static water level,the distance from the bottom of the motor should be less than 1m from the bottom of the well at least.

2.The rated power less than or equal to *5kw(*5kw when the power allows) the motor starts at full voltage.

3.Rated power over *5kw,the motor starts at deduction voltage.

4.The use environment must comply to the specified conditions.

Remarks:

1.Pls often check the current,voltmeter and the water flow during the pump running,ensure the electric pump to run at the rated conditions.

2.The valve should be used to adjust the current and the water head range,must not be overloaded. In any of the following situations ,should stop the running immediately:

（1）When the current exceed *0% of the rated current at the rated voltage.

（2）When the power voltage is too high or too low(above **0v or below **0v)

（3）At rated water head,the flow decreases more than normal.

（4）The insulation resistance is less than 0.5ΜΩ

（5）When the dynamic water level drops to the inlet of the pump

（6）When the electric equipment and circuits are out of order.

（7）When there is sudden sound or large vibration.

（8）When the protection switch trips frequently.
